Kristen Stolze is passionate about difference-making leadership development that motivates employees to make changes and adjustments to be better leaders. Kristen enjoys meeting new people and learning together to help employees increase self-awareness, gain new tools, ideas and insights in order to thrive at work and in all areas of life.
Kristen has a background in human resources including performance development, succession planning, recruitment, coaching and leadership programming for entry level through to executive level employees.
Prior to starting Headstart Leadership, Kristen worked at Loblaw Companies Limited in a variety of roles within the human resources department as well as the University of Toronto Mississauga’s Career Centre and Aerotek, a recruiting firm. Kristen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Human Resources certificate from Sheridan College.
Kristen is on the Board of Directors at Kerr Street Mission in Oakville, an organization that provides care, support and food for children, families and individuals.
